Christmas 2023 Important Info

Shipping Information: 

• Last day for guaranteed delivery of Friday, December 22nd is December 8th
• We will not be held responsible for pre-Christmas order arrival for orders placed after this date
• All orders within Canada and the USA are shipped via Canada Post
• Orders are shipped next business day Monday to Friday and shipped Monday if ordered over the weekend. 
• No shipping on the following dates: December 22/23/24/25/31 January 01/02

Exchanges / Returns / Refunds: 

We stand behind our travel goods with the ultimate goal of building trust with our customers. We will ALWAYS work to fix things, we will always be fair and reasonable and hope for the same in return! 

• In the event of damaged or malfunctioning - we provide exchanges only, no refunds. 
• Pictures of damages must be provided via email to info@wanderluststuff.com and must be submitted no later than December 28th, 2023 for this years holiday season. 
• You will be issued a return shipping label via email and are required to package product in it's original packaging and drop off to your nearest Post Office
• Any incentive products received (ie: gifts with purchase) must also be returned 
• Exchanges are done in the form of a gift card
• Gift cards will be issued only after original product has been returned and received
