Typically 3-5 business days however in peak shipping seasons items can take longer.
Why do you charge for shipping?
Our business is not a typical retail model. Unlike big companies such as Amazon, our products are on the higher-end of the pricing scale and because we import several products from other countries; we pay for international shipping, pay import duties and deal with several currency conversions. This brings our margins below most standard retail stores, BUT! we are able to pass on fair prices to you for the quality products we sell because we don't have a bricks and mortar location. You DO get free shipping over $150!
How do you ship?
We ship primarily by Canada Post and provide tracking
Do you have expedited shipping?
We have the ability to ship faster utilizing couriers such as DHL, Fedex, Purolator, UPS and CanPar - however these are expedited shippers and thus an increased shipping cost would apply.
